Helsinki Airport Bus

There are several buses between Helsinki Airport and the city centre, among other destinations within Finland.

Free Airport Bus

There is a free bus between the parking areas, P4A and P4B, and the terminals every 15 minutes from 03:30am to 01:30am.

Please note that between Saturday and Sunday, the bus runs 24 hours.

Location

Terminal 1: Platform 10.

Terminal 2: Platform 57.

Parking: Facing the parking areas.

Public Buses

There are some buses that connects Helsinki Airport with the city centre:

Bus 600

Bus 415 runs between Helsinki Airport, Elielinaukio and Ylästö.

Finnair Bus

Finnair Bus connects Helsinki Airport with Helsinki city centre (Eliel Square City centre and Hesperia park) every 20 minutes.

Location

Buses depart from Helsinki Airport Terminal 2.

Timetable

From Helsinki Airport: 05:30 am to 00:45 am

Helsinki city centre: 05:00 am to 00:05 am.

One-way ticket: € 6.80

Bus from Helsinki Airport to Turku

Matkahuolto offers daily connections between Helsinki Airport and Turku.

Trip time is about 2 and 3 hours according to the type of bus. Buses depart from Helsinki Airport Terminal 2.

Fares may vary according to the hour of the day, even the regular fare is € 28 for a bus express.

Bus from Helsinki Airport to Tampere

Matkahuolto also offers frequent connections from Helsinki Airport to Tampere.

Trip to Tampere is about 2 hours according to the type of bus chosen. Buses depart from Helsinki Terminal 2.

Only for public buses managed by HSL:

Single ticket fare from Helsinki Airport to city centre is € 4.10 (mobile), € 4.10 (HSL card), € 4.10 (ticket machine), € 6.00 (from the bus driver).

Please note it is needed a ticket to the ABC zone to travel between Helsinki Airport and the city centre.
